În 1969 the „Semi-finished Construction Materials Plant", "Construction Unfinished Product Plant" was established, having as activity subject: crossbeams, pipes, concrete columns and different metal structures.
~ 1983 - by Order no. 171/1983, the „Mechanical Enterprise for Oil" [I.M.P.] was established, its main activity being execution and repair of technological equipment, repairs, structures and spare parts for oil industry.
~ 1991 - based on the Government Order 1231/1990, the company became state joint-stock company, taking over the assets of I.M.P. and it continued and developed its previous activity.
~ 2001 - the company was privatized, extending its activity with the execution of metal structures for civil and industrial engineering.
At present, the company is part of "INTERNATIONAL LAZAR COMPANY" group.
