Pressure vessels

The pressure tanks are executed in compliance with HG 584/2004 (Directive 97/23/EC), HG 454/2002 (Directive 87/404/EEC) and with the European stawndards EN 13445 – 1,2,3,4,5, EN 12542, SR EN 14075 and SR EN 13480-1,2,3,4,5.
The repair of pressure tanks as well as of the steam anf and hot water boilers, of the GPL storage tanks and of the pipes is made according to the technical requirements C1, C4, C6, C8 – collection ISCIR in force.
Areas of use for pressure tanks:
Chemical and petrochemical industry;
Refining;
Food industry;
Thermal power station.
1.1. PRESSURE TANKS
Types of pressure tanks:
Pressure tanks with cylindrical section, vertical axis;
Pressure tanks with cylindrical section, horisontal axis.
Technical features:
Design pressure: 0.5 ÷ 150 bar;
Design temperature: -40°C/ +400°C;
Max. capacity: 100 m3;
Inside diameter: 500 ÷ 3000 mm;
Wall thickness: 4 ÷ 30 mm;
Materials: steel carbon, low/average/high alloy steel, stainless steel, plated steel.
Optionally, by equipping the vessels with auxiliary equipment, complex equipment can be obtained, such as:
Two phase vertical separators ( SVB8, SVB16, SVB40, SVB70, SVB100);
Two phase or three phase horizontal separators (SOT 20 m3 , SOT 70÷80 m3, SOB 16 ÷ 64 bar);
Drip eliminator Dn1000÷1400;
Storage tank GPL 1000 l ÷ 10.000 l;
Delivery skid GPL auto;
Air vessel 500 l ÷ 10.000 l;
Water supply plant vessel 500 l ÷ 10.000 l;
Vessels with blending mechanism for dissolution, homogenisation, preparation of suspensions.
1.2. HEAT EXCHANGERS

Heat exchangers with floating tube plate sealed outside;
Heat exchangers with floating head and outside coat;
Heat exchangers with fixed tube plate;
Heat exchangers with U-shaped pipes;
Heat exchangers with floating head and support device;
Condensers, evaporators, reheaters, coolers;
Spare parts/ subassemblies.

Maximum working temperature: 550°C;
Area of thermal transfer: 1 ÷ 400 m2;
Number of passages: from 1 to 4;
Nominal diameter: Dn 150-4000 mm;
The thickness of the walls: 4 ÷ 30 mm;
Materials: steel carbon, low/average/high alloy steel, stainless steel.
